1. Service Description

Get Florida Roof ("we", "us", or "our") operates a lead generation service connecting homeowners seeking roofing, HVAC, solar, and related home services with licensed contractors ("Contractors" or "you") in Florida.

2. SMS Marketing Communications

By registering as a Contractor and checking the SMS opt-in box, you explicitly agree to receive marketing SMS messages from Get Florida Roof about new roofing leads and other service opportunities in your coverage area.

Your consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

3. Lead Delivery and Quality

We provide leads that include:

• Homeowner contact information (name, phone, email, address)
• Project description and service type requested
• Timeframe and budget range (when provided)
• Insurance claim status (when applicable)

Leads are delivered via email and/or SMS notification within minutes of capture. Leads may be sold to multiple contractors (shared leads) unless you specifically purchase exclusive leads.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Lead prices vary by service type and are clearly displayed at registration
• Payment may be prepaid (credit balance) or postpaid (monthly invoice)
• Credit card charges are processed via Stripe
• Refunds may be issued for demonstrably invalid leads (wrong contact info, duplicate, etc.)

5. Contractor Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain valid contractor licenses and insurance
• Respond to leads promptly (within 24-48 hours)
• Provide professional and courteous service
• Not resell or share leads with third parties
• Keep your contact information and coverage areas updated

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay for leads
• Repeatedly dispute valid leads without cause
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate any terms of this agreement

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and lead data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Get Florida Roof provides leads "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for:

• Whether homeowners ultimately hire you
• The accuracy of information provided by homeowners
• Any disputes between you and homeowners
• Lost business opportunities or revenue

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
